Each year we receive hundreds of requests for donations, all with worthy causes and pressing needs. We wish we could honor them all! However, because our allocation is limited, please review the guidelines below to see if your event qualifies for consideration.
Eminent Domaine is committed to supporting our industry and the community where we live and work. We proudly contribute to a variety of charitable non-profit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations, with an emphasis on children’s education programs in the Newberg area.
Due to the increase in volume of donation requests, all inquiries must be made online via the form below. We review requests on a monthly basis, therefore we require a minimum of 8 weeks’ notice prior to an event. A tax form or donation-receipt must be presented prior to, or at the time of pickup.
If selected, we will notify you by email and arrange for pick up or shipping at the recipient’s expense. Donations will consist of gift certificates for complimentary tastings and/or wine only. Donations can be picked up at the tasting room during business hours.
